適合已接觸水晶頌缽，但希望重新整理演奏、聆聽與帶領基礎的人。若你的目標不只是學會幾種敲法，而是理解聲音之間的關係、設計完整 Sound Journey，並安全帶領個人或小組，Level 1–2 會提供較完整的學習路徑。For learners who already use crystal bowls but want stronger foundations in listening, sound design and facilitation. The Level 1–2 pathway develops complete sound journeys and safe individual or group facilitation.

由「發出聲音」走向「編排聲音」，運用音程、轉場與留白設計完整的聲音流程，並練習小組帶領。Move from producing sound to shaping it, using intervals, transitions and silence to build a complete sound sequence and facilitate groups.

to truly knowing how to use it
課程不把理論、演奏與帶領分開。你不只是學會如何讓水晶缽發聲，而是逐步理解音高之間的關係、音階、節奏、動態、留白與轉場等，學習如何把不同聲音組織成有方向、有層次的聆聽經驗。Theory, playing and facilitation are taught as one practice. You will not only learn how to make a crystal bowl sound, but gradually understand relationships between pitches, scales, rhythm, dynamics, silence and transitions, and learn to organise different sounds into a listening experience with direction and depth.
完整的水晶缽組合只是工具。真正的聲音運用，在於能否聽見音與音之間的關係，並知道每一個聲音的出現，都應有選擇、有聆聽，也知道它為甚麼在這個時刻出現。A complete set of crystal bowls is only a tool. Using sound well means hearing the relationships between sounds and making deliberate choices, knowing why each sound belongs at that particular moment.
先聽懂，再演奏Listen first, then play
不只模仿敲擊技巧。從音色、音量、延音、距離與聲音之間的關係開始，練習辨認自己實際製造了甚麼聲音，以及它如何改變整個空間。Go beyond copying striking techniques. Begin with tone, volume, sustain, distance and the relationships between sounds, learning to recognise what you are actually producing and how it changes the space.
建立聲音的音樂性Develop musicality in sound
學習節奏、速度、動態、留白、轉場，以及不同音高之間如何互相支持或產生張力。Level 2 進一步進入更多聲音美學的理論，讓聲音安排不再只是隨機堆疊。Work with rhythm, pace, dynamics, silence, transitions and the ways different pitches can support one another or create tension. Level 2 moves further into the theory and aesthetics of sound so that arrangements are no longer random layers.
從單一技巧到完整聲音設計From individual techniques to complete sound design
Level 1 建立演奏、聆聽、安全與基礎帶領能力；Level 2 開始把多個水晶缽組織成完整流程，思考聲音如何開始、發展、轉變與結束。Level 1 builds playing, listening, safety and foundational facilitation skills. Level 2 begins organising multiple bowls into a complete structure, considering how sound begins, develops, changes and ends.
把音樂判斷帶進真實帶領Bring musical judgement into real facilitation
好的聲音設計需要判斷當下是否需要更多聲音、或更少聲音，從而一起放進真實場景帶領練習。Good sound design requires judging whether the moment needs more sound or less. These choices are then practised within realistic facilitation situations.

報讀前常見問題Before you enrol
需要音樂背景嗎？Do I need a music background?
不需要。課程由實際聆聽與演奏開始，但需要課後練習。No. The course begins with practical listening and playing, with practice expected between sessions.
需要自備水晶頌缽嗎？Do I need my own bowls?
不需要。課堂會提供實習用水晶頌缽；購買器材不是報讀條件。No. Bowls are provided for class practice; owning a set is not required.
Level 2 有先修要求嗎？Is Level 1 required for Level 2?
需要先完成 OM Mindful Level 1。Yes. OM Mindful Level 1 must be completed first.
課程包括哪些專業認證？Which professional accreditations are included?
包括 Yoga Alliance YACEP、CMA 及 IAOTH。證書及評核要求以當期課程資料為準。Yoga Alliance YACEP, CMA and IAOTH. Certificate and assessment details follow the current intake information.
完成後是否成為治療師？Does this qualify me as a therapist?
不是。這是非臨床的聲音靜觀與帶領者培訓，不是醫療或心理治療資格。No. This is non-clinical facilitator training, not a medical or therapy qualification.
香港水晶頌缽課程在哪裏上課？Where is the crystal singing bowl training held in Hong Kong?
課程以實體形式在 OM Mindful 觀塘 Studio 進行，地址為觀塘成業街 15–17 號成運工業大廈 7 樓 713 室，由觀塘港鐵站步行可達。Training is held in person at OM Mindful Studio, Unit 713, 7/F, Sing Win Factory Building, 15–17 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, within walking distance of Kwun Tong MTR.
頌缽課程費用是多少？How much does the singing bowl training cost?
Level 1 基礎課程學費為 HK$3,880；Level 2 進階課程為 HK$6,880；Level 1 + 2 組合學費為 HK$9,980。水晶頌缽器材並非報讀必須，課堂會提供練習用水晶頌缽。Level 1 tuition is HK$3,880, Level 2 is HK$6,880, and the combined Level 1 + 2 pathway is HK$9,980. Owning crystal bowls is not required; practice bowls are provided in class.
頌缽課程認證代表甚麼？What do the course accreditations mean?
完成當期課程要求及評核後，可按課程安排取得相關專業認證。現行課程列出的認證包括 Yoga Alliance YACEP、CMA 及 IAOTH。報名前應同時理解認證的發證方式、評核要求及適用範圍。這些專業認證並不等同醫療、心理治療或香港政府發牌資格。After completing the relevant course requirements and assessments, learners may receive the listed professional accreditations, currently including Yoga Alliance YACEP, CMA and IAOTH. These do not constitute a medical, psychotherapy or Hong Kong government licence.
頌缽導師課程和一般水晶缽體驗課有甚麼不同？How is teacher training different from a crystal bowl experience class?
一般水晶頌缽體驗課主要讓參加者聆聽及體驗聲音；導師培訓則需要實際學習演奏、聆聽、聲音設計、安全界線及帶領。OM 的 Level 1 建立基礎演奏與安全帶領能力，Level 2 再進入多缽結構、轉場、留白及小組實踐。A crystal bowl experience class focuses mainly on receiving and listening. Teacher training requires active practice in playing, listening, sound design, safety and facilitation. Level 1 builds foundational skills; Level 2 develops multi-bowl structure, transitions, silence and group practice.
